O.k,I'll be the bad guy.I usually am without even trying. I feel as if NWA Upstate is a much superior product as far as "wrestling" goes.Does RCW have it's positives?Without a doubt. It's a different style fed that will appeal to a different type of fan. It's apples and oranges.RCW is more of the "entertainment" aspect in "sports entertainment".As Jim Ross would say"it's more sizzle than steak".Now don't get me wrong,RCW has some good wrestlers and I'm friends with some of them, but to say overall that NWA Upstate and RCW are in the same league is crazy. It's great to be loyal to your fed,but to say RCW is on the same level as NWA Upstate as far as wrestling goes is just being dillusional.I believe one of RCW'S personalities said he was at an NWA Upstate show and that the wrestling is equal in RCW.Come on M.....,be real. Again,I can't reiterate enough,RCW does some good things, but a true wrestling fan will see the difference if they use their brain and not use the loyalty card to RCW.Now I know there will be RCW fans and wrestlers that will be upset with me for writing what I did,and come back with "hey Triple X,your no Shawn Michaels either".No I'm not,I'm much better looking under the mask . I just answered a question in an unbiased(yes unbiased) manner.I answered as a fan not a wrestler. So let the games and the bashing begin. ;D

Drama?...I'm the Truth Comish. I'm here to play a little game with all you "workers".
Its called True or False.
now to play this game is simple even White Shoes could get it. I will pick a topic and i will tell you if some thing is true about it or false.
simple right? If some one has a subject feel free to email it to me. Why do I want to play a game like this? Let's just say it was getting cold and we needed to expose some HEAT.[glow=red,2,300]TEXT[/glow]TEXT[glow=red,2,300]TEXT[/glow][glow=red,2,300]TEXT[/glow]

I'm not sure if this remark was directed towards me (I'm in RCW, I was at the NWA show, my name starts with an M and is six letters long) so I'd be happy to respond. My exact quote on the show (from my LJ) was, "This show definately wasn't as good as the other two shows I went to. To be honest, I thought last month's RCW show offered more bang for the buck. It was more concise, kept the audience consistantly entertained and had a main event which got the fans really going. To be fair, I didn't see the whole NWA show, but I didn't hear anything spectactular about the Doring (who I liked in previous appearances) match." The last two NWA shows I was at were great -- I raved about them. I thought this last matchup, RCW ended up with the better show that month. No clue if anyone else out there is going to agree with me. I accept that pretty easily because the only person I ever said I spoke was me. I will readily admit that I was biased through involvement, but I'm also someone who tries to look at these things critically too. In terms of the wrestling product - are we talking about "technical wrestling" or are we talking about booking, planning, executing a wrestling show that is exciting and has variety? I'm a wrestling fan and I dig some things in both feds and I cannot stand some things in both feds. Just how it goes, I guess. I know some people were at both shows and probably feel the exact opposite. I don't even think it's as much of a "brand loyalty" thing as much as: a/ evaluating the shows on different things, b/ seeing a different side of how things were executed. I know that when you're behind the curtain, you get a different perspective on how everything went - sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. What really matters is that people continue to support their local wrestling feds. I find it surprising my name would appear at all on these boards since I doubt 90% of the NWA lockerroom even knows who am I, and probably doesn't care about my opinion on comparing the shows, but (as I said above) I don't mind sharing. - Could the two promotions do a stellar show together? Yes. They could. But I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon - more because of those in the higher positions than the wrestlers themselves.
